Refund policy

We have a 30 day return policy if you are unsatisfied with your product. In order to qualify for a refund, the product must be in the original condition, in the original packaging, and you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. 

To begin the return process, please contact us at heyheartcues@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide a shipping label and instructions for making your return. Items sent to us without first being approved will not be refunded.
